Recommended price £72.49    A 172 scale model of an Handley Page Victor B.Mk.2(BS).  During the early part of the Cold War, the Handley Page (HP) Victor formed an essential part of Britain’s nuclear deterrent, carrying out long-range, low-altitude attacks. The aircraft was later transferred to an aerial refuelling role after being deemed ineffective as a strategic bomber. The Handley Page Victor B.2 remained a valuable asset to the RAF until retirement in 1993.
